Smooth and chocolatey.  A dark red chocolate sponge cake ( we mix it with our plain sponge cake and add a secret ingredient to make it red ) then we sandwich and fill it with a delicious light and fluffy frosting which we then sprinkle with red sugar  pieces.  This has American roots.

Luxury Carrot Cake

Our carrot cake is a best seller. Packed with juicy carrots and a liberal portion of walnuts. Its topped with a smooth cream cheese frosting which we make ourselves using an American Style cream cheese. Also available in a deep tray.

This is the most moist and squidgy cake we make, we use fresh beetroot ( not the pickled stuff out of a jar )  combined with our fudge cake and finished with a generous spread of chocolate fudge and Belgian chocolate curls.  Has to be tasted to be appreciated.
