A combination of crunchy shortcake biscuit pieces, juicy cherries, plump sultanas, puffed rice, syrup and chocolate flavoured coating make this a winner!  We finish it off with a liberal topping of milk chocolate coating and spin it with dark chocolate to give it a distinctive look.

Toffee Crunch
A combination of crunchy shortcake biscuit pieces, juicy cherries, plump sultanas, puffed rice, syrup and toffee flavoured chocolate make this a winner!  We finish it off with a liberal topping of toffee flavoured chocolate.... 

Strawberry Crunch
A filling of strawberry fondant in which we use a high concentrate strawberry puree is sandwiched between a baked chocolate biscuit base and a layer of milk chocolate coating which is then scrolled with pink coloured white chocolate!  Very eye catching!

Pink and White Coconut Delight
Creamed coconut baked on top of a blonde biscuit base then topped with pink buttercream....if you like coconut you will just love this traybake! Dont take our word for it - try it!

Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Peppermint Crunch
